The Friends of the Doylestown Library (FODL) is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that promotes the development of excellent library services for all Bucks County residents. The FODL does not solicit or accept any commercial endorsements/sponsorships but instead relies entirely on the contributions of its members and organized fundraising activities, including Community Book Sales and the annual Artisan Market.

As a partner with the Doylestown Library, which is the headquarters branch of the Bucks County Free Library System (BCFL), we provide financial support to bridge the gap between state and county funding and the library’s needs. The FODL also conducts its own programs, in partnership with the library, which are free and open to all.
