Vendor Information

  • All proceeds from the Arts and Crafts Fair benefit the Friends of the Doylestown Library, a 501(c)3 organization.
  • We are looking for individually-created, hand-crafted, high-quality items only. Items from kits, direct sale product lines, anything mass-produced, or political or illegal items will not be accepted.
  • With your application, please include your website (if you have one), social media feeds and 3-6 photos of your art/craft. If you have photos of your table/booth, please include those as well.
  • All Vendor Applications must be submitted online no later than December 31, 2023. (Vendor Application is a Google Form – establishing a free Google account with your email or phone number may be required.)
  • Notification of acceptance: Via email January 31, 2024.
  • Non-refundable Payment in Full (checks only) Due by February 16, 2024.
  • Fees: $105 for an 8-foot x 6-foot space
  • Additional cost if you are renting a table: 
  • $20 per 6-foot table
  • $25 per 8-foot table
  • One chair will be provided. No sharing of tables or spaces.
  • Please consider donating one of your items to be featured in a raffle, with proceeds from the raffle supporting the library. Details will follow acceptance.


Event Site and Set-up/Move-out information


  • The James-Lorah House Auditorium offers free Wi-Fi.
  • No pets or animals are allowed, except those aiding persons with disabilities, without prior approval from the VIA/JLMH.
  • Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and recreational drug use is prohibited anywhere on the premises of the James-Lorah House.
  • No signage or décor can be affixed to the property walls per the James-Lorah House.
  • Vendor set-up will take place on Friday, April 26 th late afternoon and evening. If selected as a vendor, you will receive more detailed information.
  • Vendors must remain open until 3:00 p.m., with break-down and move-out immediately following close of event.
  • For ADA access, there are no stairs if dropped off on Broad in front of the building, stopping in street. The building doesn’t have a ramp.
  • The free vendor parking lot is located behind the James-Lorah House and be accessed from Union Street. Note that the parking lot is downhill from the auditorium. We recommend bringing a rolling cart or hand truck to transport your items for set up and breakdown.
  • Additional parking is located at the Bucks County Parking Garage at Broad and Union Streets and is available to the public. The County East Court Street Garage at Broad and Court Streets is available to the public for evening and weekend parking. On-street metered parking is available in the area as well.
