Bylaws

The work of the FODL Board and members is guided by the organization’s official Bylaws, which ensure that our mission remains focused on supporting the BCFL and the Doylestown Library.

Non-Profit Status

The FODL is non-profit corporation, under IRC 501(c)(3), incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All donations to the FODL are tax-deductible within the scope of current federal and state laws and regulations. The FODL’s federal Employer Identification Number is 84-3880310.
