The FODL is governed by a Board of Directors elected by the membership:

The Board meets at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of each month (except July and August) in the Pearl Buck Room of the Doylestown Library, 150 South Pine St., Doylestown. All members are encouraged to attend.
